This is a freshly baked product with no additives or preservatives. The product is best to be eaten within 5 days of receipt.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, sugar, vegetable oil (rapeseed), dried whole egg, wheat starch, raising agents, (diphosphates (E450(i), potassium bicarbonate (E501), sodium carbonates (E500(ii), glucose (Maize), dried egg white, emulsifiers mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471) (Palm), sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate (E481) (rapeseed, palm), modified starch (potato), stabiliser (xanthan gum (E415)), sultanas, walnuts, cinnamon, bicarbonate soda.
