He has demonstrated chocolate at numerous sugar craft exhibitions and belongs to several exclusive clubs, such as the British Confectioners' Association, the British Richemont Club and the National Association of Master Bakers. John has won multiple awards for his work, including the prestigious 'Confectioner and Chocolatier of the Year'.
